Pastor Dave sold his business in manufacturing farm equipment to move their family of 5 to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, to attend and graduate from Rhema Bible College in 1984. In 1986 they followed God's direction to Australia, completing the emigration process. Pastor Dave worked at the American Embassy in Canberra and worked at Bread of Life church, the kids went to public school and Sue worked as a hospital nurse there. By 1989 they continued to follow His leading- this time from the other side of the globe to -home. Settling back into life in Manning, Iowa, they started Cornerstone Family Church, meeting in homes, the library, and storefront space, moving to Denison in 1999. Since 2002, Cornerstone of Denison is located at 311 Chamberlin Drive.
Pastor Dave and Sue are the proud parents of three married children, enjoy twelve grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
