Kevin and his wife Anissa were both born and raised in Hagerstown, Maryland. It is there where he first received his call to the ministry in 1984. He spent several years in supportive roles assisting his pastor to fulfill his ministry. These roles included working with children and youth, as well as ushering and assistant pastor. These first few years he spent in training for what God had for him in the future. In 1987 it started to bear witness within him that he was called to the full - time ministry. Shortly after that his calling was confirmed through a strong word from the Lord to go and to teach God's people how to abide in Him. From that point, many opportunities opened up for him to share the message that God had given him to different churches.

In 1996 the Lord began to speak to him to go to RHEMA Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. They went to Tulsa in 1997 and he graduated from RHEMA in May of 1999. After a short time of itinerating, the Lord led them to Collingwood, Ontario where they pastored Living Faith Christian Church from April of 2000 to February of 2007. They Pioneered in September 2007 Living Well Family Church, which is known as Living Well Ministries in Cobourg, Ontario. Kevin ministers fresh revelation from the Spirit of God and teaches prophetically from the Word of God. Anissa ministers in anointed music through the piano and song. She is also a Spirit -led songwriter focusing on bringing the believer into closer fellowship with the Lord. Many people have been healed and delivered through their ministry.
